POV - Accomplishments
Good morning, dearest !
I have taken full advantage of my Sunday to schedule this...
By this time I will be working full blast mode
but my intention is for this to reach you
Right in the morning to boost your mood
Take your breakfast.
Nourish your body and mind
Set your goals for your hour, your day...
Take your time and pace.
No one has the same rythmn as you
Nor the same challenges or trials...
That is what makes us unique.
You have unique traits and qualities that make you, YOU.
Next step I wish for you to think about your accomplishments
It does not matter the timeline for it, as long as it makes you smile.
Have you moved away from your hometown or a new home?
You are embracing changes.
Have you made it through the day when you know how hard it is?
You are already suceeding
I need you to embrace all that:
You are capable of...
Tiny, simple, good, great,
Major accomplishments!
Trick is to start from scratch until your major accomplishments...

I am capable of....reaching my goals
I am capable of...adapt to new environments
I was capable of... successfully work four weeks in a row with a set twelve hours.
I was capable of... accepting what was less fortunate and work out through it.

Social - A new community
Some posts were scheduled in advance
But I am able to reply to comments and emails fast through mobile.

A bit like social media but dedicated to anime and manga.
I embraced watching anime as something I would do in my spare time

Side Note
Good morning, dearest...
It is Sunday, late morning where I live
I have been off from Life Blog... but I am still alive and kicking!
It is not that anyone demands an actual explanation from me
Yet I kind of owe it to the ones that read me through out the years
Which I thank a lot for their company here in the community...
I thought about returning, thought about writing to you all
But I had to ensure that my physical and mostly my mental state
were stable enough for me to do so. Plus there was the lack of available time.
However, as a side note, I believe that the contact forms on the blog are still working
And social networks are both operacional in case anyone needs to!
I still recall I met someone through my blog
She emailed me and kept in touch through social media...
I think it was three years ago.
If you come across this, Mo,
Know that I am very grateful for having met you
And for the fact that we still talk to each other nowadays.
I do not for how long I am going to write or how long I am going to stay,
but may my older and newer posts be of any help.
I might bring you texts written by me for reflection
As well as sugestions and points of view
Because it is known that life is all about learning...

Another year of Existence
Good morning , dearest !!

Here in the country where I live is early morning)
I have dropped by to leave a quick update
Going to work more hours than usual (again), by next week
I shall schedule a post maybe two either today or Sunday
Sharing some knowledge plus experience / POV's...
BUT today......
I am going to celebrate one more year of my existence.

Depression - Sleeping Patterns
Good evening, readers.
I decided to write this post then schedule it to a data after the maintenance.
What I am going to bring you is a POV
and maybe afterwards another POV but about my condition.
NOTE : I would like to advance that I am not a medical specialist
so if you are experiencing insomnia and depression,
please seek proper help!! This is just a support / advice blog.
Furthermore, reactions and experiences can vary from individual to individual.

People who are depressed at some point in their lives do sleep too little or not at all (insomnia)
or too much. I can tell you, at least in my opinion that it can take a toll (large one) in your life, whether in short or long term... because at some point you need proper concentration and thought clarity.
Without proper sleep and rest - you will notice that even simple tasks can become harder to accomplish.
I do not mean to be negative in any way, but just stating what I went
and have been going through recently in hopes that it helps someone.
I am going to leave some suggestions below and then search for more
and post them right when I have the chance...
1) Remain calm and as thought clear as possible
It is your time, your own space, let no thought trouble you...
2) Listen to smooth, soft music - nature sounds, soft chants and instrumentals seem good
3) Try "sleeping meditation"
There is actually guided meditation available (online) for that purpose.
Check it out. You will not regret it...
4) Go light on the meals
I don't mean as a diet, but avoid overly processed foods, sugar and heavy food overall
(or just any food that will not cooperate with your sleep)
5) Stick to tea as a helping hand
Minty, Melissa and Camomile are usually my picks.
Avoid cafeine (unless you are like me and coffee makes you sleepy after a while)
6) Talk it out then go to bed.
If it is possible lifting off that weight, talk about it, talk it out then let it sink.
Go to bed, off with the thoughts. Focus on nothing. It is your time to rest.
7) Start going to bed earlier
But do not go super early...
Go earlier day by day...
Do that so your mind and body will get used to that routine.
Otherwise you will be prone to wake up at the middle of the night or early in the morning...
And we aim quality sleep over quantity... a full rest... and not just body resting
(what has been happening to me...sore body rests... but the mind doesn't)
So these are my suggestions and the same I have been applying.
I can say that I have great rest and no-so-good. It varies, but I'm still trying.
Still on that fight... I hope I was of any help.

Life´s Advice - Evening Rituals
Good evening dearest,
After the fact that I had wrote a post about my morning rituals, I decided to close that serie with sugestions of evening rituals along with the ones I practice currently (not all at once and not in order).
A) Entretaining
I choose to either watching some movies, draw, colour,
listen to music, watch comedy videos, gather with my family, write for the blog (or poetry) or call someone /skype.
B) Rituals
I usually go light on the evening... I try to go light on the thoughts eventhough I do have rough patches like everyone (no exception and I aknowledge this), light on the food (I avoid eating too much at night) and then my cup of tea to ease up sleep.
C) Getting things done
It helps me to also set the alarm and get things done ahead (like the clothes for the next day and so). Meaning less stress in the near future.

Life´s Advice - Chackra Healing Meditation
Good afternoon everyone.
(Actually it is night here where I live but I decided to schedule this
Helps me organize the whole week ahead....)
The topic for today is curiously one that I have seen some years back
and I saved this to show it to you all...someday...so I guess that day is today.
In the past I used to search on youtube for these and I have discovered
some nice videos with pleasant music
and/or with sound waves that are said to promote chakra opening/activation
I must say and clear up that I am not an expert on the area, but rather curious instead!
I have tried yes (guided meditation) and it is a rather good experience
but it can be very overwhelming as well
But I do recommend it, with trained professionals.
There are also tutorials and guided meditations available online
but I never ventured on that nor I think I will.

POV - Two movies called Cyberbully
Good afternoon readers,
Yesterday afternoon I watched a movie about this matter
(I wrote about it on a previous post, here*)
and today (13/3) I have found another.
I decided to share not because of the negative parts of it
but because of the outcome / messages in it.

The subjects that are analised in those movies, for instance...
- Parenting
- Online Bullying (also known as cyberbullying)
- POV of a bully and the bullied
- Harassment, stalking and/or blackmail
- Depression and suicide
- The role therapy can have in one's recovery
- Standing up for yourself and others
- Safety on the internet
- The importance of existing laws to protect peoples, specially children and teenagers.
We have three choices...
to stand up for ourselves and getting ourselves be heard, to ignore or run away.
