The Power of Thought - Life´s Advice

Good morning, to whoever is reading (L)
It's not 11 am still and Winter is showing itself.
It's freezing now, but nothing that a good cup of tea
(Or hot chocolate) can't solve! ;D

The topic I decided to approach today is Thinking Patterns
We all tend to think now and then a bit negative.
However, that can be harmful not only for ourselves,
But for the ones who live with the person nearly everyday
And also, for our health.

Thought is a very powerful tool
And CAN have a great impact in our lives!
SO, be careful with what you do and/or wish for.
If you see or notice that your thinking pattern
Is holding you back from achieving your goals
Or holding you back from having healthy relationships
With your friends, family or your better half,

Then it is time to think and reconsider.

Notice : The change of a thinking pattern is not instant.
It requires time, patience, faith and will.

Then you MUST ask yourself and consider these points:
1. * What do I want for me?

2. * What do I want to be attracted to me?
(As in goals, purpuse, energy, any area of your life
It is called the Law Of Attraction)

3. * Time is an ally and God is healer.
And if you do not believe in God, you can be your own healer.

4. * What has been holding me back from achieving what I want and desire?

5. * Now and then get some time for yourself. And rest.
Not resting can result on not apreciating as well YOUR day.
Because there is a new day, everyday,
Starting from the moment you open your eyes.
There is a chance for CHANGE and there is a chance for RENEWAL.

6. * Another advice is for you to think for yourself
Avoid making part of the masses.
Think as an unique individual and not as the Media tell you or as other people tell you.
It is important to be faithful to your own opinion.
To stand out. To be YOU, not another sheep in the system.

7. * NO, NOT, NEVER...forbidden.
Negative words aren't allowed in thoughts, nor writtings.
What you think may be attracted to you.
You can start for example, writting in a notebook the best times of your life.
The joyful, playful moments. Any that aren't in those categories, aren't allowed.

School - Strategies for Study

Good afternoon , everyone!
First of all, allow me to say (or justify) the cause for my absence:
After some time working for few companies, my temporary contract ended.
I was unemployed then.

With the help of one friend, I knew about a teaching institution here in my country.
It was a wise option (in my eyes) so I tried it!
After some tests and two interviews I was approved and called to start the course!
I am willing to go until the end with this course as I have fought to earn a place here.

The trick is to be motivated and truly believe you want to be in that course,
In that job and reflect that positive thought and atittude to the ones around you.
The chances of entering will surely increase!

As for strategies to study I have some tips for you.
Some are good. some might even work out just for me.
You can even adapt them for yourself.

1. The place : I can either study at a noisy place (with headphones on)
Or a more peaceful one.
However, my advice would be to search for a peaceful and quiet place.

2. Organize.
Whether it is a folder or a notebook or even files on your computer
containing .docx word files with each discipline, a great start is to have each discipline separated,
Then separated per lessons
(One to ten, Eleven to Twenty OR One to Five , Six to Eleven and so on...)
Use the tactic that you find that helps you the most.

3. Highlight the most important parts of each new subject, with a bright marker or pen.
That way can help you with learning and knowing all the things that you need before each test/exam.

4. Use keywords.
Some can memorize by using similar words.
It helps to remember, later on.

5. Pay attention to class.
Talking from experience, I payed much attention to class during my schoolyears.
Knowing all the things you need, even if it is at least a bit, can help you out
and that way you do not need to study TOO much.
I do not intent like, to tell you to not study, BUT to study from time to time,
In order to not "overdose" with your brain with the disciplines.

6. Aiming for relaxation.
Lighting a scented candle or incence stick, putting relaxing music on.
Aim and fight always for the best.

7. Start off by the most difficult disciplines.
Then study the ones you can master.
Due to this simple reason :
When you start off your study, you have plenty of energy, unlike the end of that time of study.
The disciplines that you do not understand as well
Will require more concentration and more energy, dedication from you.

The ones you will leave for last will be the ones you are better at
Or on which you feel you can get great grades.
You can study those just to double check the most important points.
